  1. Hi Guys: What's the second and third one? Hope you're having a good week so far. I'm home from the shop and ever so sleepy. Time to hit the shower and get into my jams.

  2. Hi happy Whisk! Claudia says hi! I think it was pesto and the second one jam. That's a very sophisticated way to present condiments!

  3. I thought pesto but wasn't sure. Love jam. And a big hello to Claudia. Too bad the four of us didn't live closer because we could go out and try all kinds of good foods. That'd be fun.

Think I might, maybe, not sure, do a quick post and head offline and curl with a book before I pass out. Tim's got gaming online tonight with the guys and I think I'll be asleep before they are half-way through.

    Zzzzzzzz.

  4. That's a very sweet thing to say! Borough Market is the place to visit in London.

The quality in food has improved tremendously ever since cheap airline travel to Europe. We saw the amazing variety the rest of mainland Europe is accustomed to and we wanted in on it.

It's getting late here in the UK-it's 22:10 as I write. Will go to bed now. Take care!

  5. I live in a culinary wasteland. So many crappy fast food places. Ick.

Hope you had a good night. I'm making headway on today's household chores but the sewing room gone storage unit is at a standstill.

Did you guys have anything yummy to eat today?

  6. Just had leftovers today! Claudia went to America 2 years ago and was very disappointed with the food. That said UK is disgusting except for the stuff we import.

  7. It really depends on the area. The places with all chains, those suck. Or, to me they do. But the places that are handed down to family member to family member, making real foods. Those are good. If you ever watch Man Vs Food, you'll get to see some great places.

  9. It's a good show, and Adam is funny. He'll make references to Spinal Tap, Star Wars and all kinds of fun things. Good food too. I mean some of those places, they have real cooks. The kind of cook my Mamam (Hungarian Gram), was.

  10. Watching primanti's in Pittsburgh. He's very funny ang gives a nice commentary. I'd love to see a cafe selling Po Boy. They do sell cheese steaks in American diners here.

  11. That place in Pittsburgh is a big hit around here. There's another one in Cranberry, I think is the name. People love it. I haven't been yet. Will post about it when I do though.

Never had a cheese steak yet either. So many things to still try. Love that.

What did you have on your pizza?

  12. Adam is funny and he's a great host. I learned a good deal about meats watching that show, that's how I started watching.
