Home Baked Cake
Apparently placing the cake in the mould evenly distributes the heat.
The cake was moist on the inside and crusty on the outside.

Hazelnut and Dark Chocolate Cookies
Hazelnuts and dark chocolate-what a combination. Ate most of them over night. Now all I have left are these photos :(
