Custard Raspberry Brioche

 Lovely crust...the raspbberies did make it taste sour though.
 I think I will stick to Danish pastries....

  1. Never had these, or, I don't think I have. Just finished with a roasted chicken supper. Even had mash, buttered corn and Hungarian-style string beans. Good eats.

  3. 100 minutes in the oven and it was yummy. I make about one whole chicken per week. Love them.

  5. Oh, yeah. So good. I agree. Just the smell alone is heaven. Of all the meats I've tried since not being a veg-head, a clean chicken wins the price. But it has to be clean. None of this injected chicken that adds flavor and salt. Ick.

    I also really enjoy Coleman uncured bacon. Those are my two favorite meats. Num num num.

    Did you guys eat something yummy today? We just had pizza and it was pretty good.

  6. Actually we did! We went to a friend's home for lunch where we had stew and pecan pie! Very satisfying!
