I did debate going on a course to make these, but they are just so fiddly and you have to have such skill to make them. I will stick to buying and eating them ; )
a top french patisserie has a concession in Selfridges, Hermes, and the colours and flavours on display are divine. I quite like the ones sold by Paul (another French bakery), they sell them in packs of 12, in all different colours.
very good

ReplyDeleteHope you ate something yummy today. We had leftover chicken, mash and corn. Was yummy. Also tossed in two bagels for a side dish. Num num num.
What's new on your end?
Mash is fantastic when mixed with mashed carrots!
