I missed these. We spent most of the afternoon at the bookshop cafe. So nice and sunny. But still cold here. Although the other day it did feel like spring.
A Borders I used to visit, had their own bakeshop inside the bookshop. Oh, boy, did they ever make good treats. Then that all went away. Took us awhile to find a Seattle's Best drink that we liked in our Borders, after that.
We have I think, two Irish Pubs. I think. One, I've never been too, as I don't drink. But the other, we found because of the food. Love it there.

ReplyDeleteHeaded to bed. Have a great day. Happy Shooting.
That's ok :) We also have bookshop cafes in the UK. They seemed to have taken off after "Friends" was broadcast a decade ago.
ReplyDeleteOh really, after that show. Do you enjoy them? I rather do. Tim and I don't go to pubs/bars, but we love the bookshop.
ReplyDeleteForgot, there is one Irish pub we go to for the house burgers and chips. They are amazingly good eats.
ReplyDeleteThe strange thing is here in the UK pubs are dying out. The only exception is a franchise pub called Wetherspoons.
ReplyDeleteGourmet Burger does good food over here.
I like bookshop cafes. The ones that have their own cafes rather than Starbucks are super.
